YouTube testing Full Running Ads

Today as we were in our offices , we realized that YouTube was no longer allowing us to Skip the Ads. The difference was that the ads were shorter about a minute long, but you had to finish it. We saw that it was on and off , and maybe thought it was our browser but seems , its a real test. We still await an official Google/YouTube statement announcing how they are testing it out

New GMAIL Looks to be written in php or some of it?? After taking a look at the new Gmail, we used a web analyzer tool , to see what its tech stack was like and we found some php code.
